Patient Leader Spotlight
Suzanne Lindley
At the time of Suzanne’s diagnosis of advanced metastatic colon cancer, she was told there was only one treatment available and would only have six months to live.
Now, years later, Suzanne has beaten the odds with the help of cancer research and healthcare innovations- like precision and personalized medicine and advances in radiation therapy. Because she had access to advanced treatment, Suzanne now for expanded access to these technologies for others.
As the co-founder of Say YES to Hope, she helps provide resources, information, and support to those affected by advanced or metastatic cancer. This includes helping patients access the benefits of medical research so that they receive the most cutting-edge care possible.
Suzanne has also joined with Right Scan Right Time to help advocate for the Health Tech Investment Act, which would establish consistent and predictable Medicare payments for providers who use AI-enabled medical devices. You can join Suzanne in advocating for access to revolutionary health care by sending your own letter in support of the Health Tech Investment Act here.
